We are looking for a full-time customer service representative that would join our team to help provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. This candidate would be expected to field phone calls, schedule appointments, answer emails, and monitor our online food and prescription requests.
Excellent benefits include employee pet discounts, paid vacation/sick, medical insurance, and more. Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week including one to two Saturdays each month. We are open 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
Qualified applicants must have a love for animals, a desire for quality customer service, be detail-oriented, and be able to work in a fast pace environment. The applicant will have at least one year of receptionist/administrative experience and a high school diploma.
