About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the real estate team in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to provide a high standard of customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Physical presentation of front office
• Handling client queries and / or referring on to specialised staff as required
• Being first point of call for visitors to Branch including Clients and Staff
• Responsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveries
• Processing tenancy applications efficiently within required timeframes, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Actively participating in cross-training to support team coverage and operational continuity
• Support branch administration which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, book keeping / reconciling accounts, promotions, marketing and any other administrative activities as required

• Have previous administration experience
• Able to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
• Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
• Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
• Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
• Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
