About The Company:
 DFK Malta, in partnership with our client, is hiring a Receptionist for their Administrative Department. Our client specializes in high-quality furniture sourced from Italys most prestigious brands, including indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as ceramics.  As a Receptionist, the right candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, particularly in Italian, as well as a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients and visitors.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations.
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be considered an asset.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
