Responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in person or on the phone. Properly transferring calls to the designated department or person.

LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA

COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $22.00/hr (Commensurate with experience.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Lobby Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and courteously answer incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate department.
  • Handling all incoming lobby traffic, including greeting and advising guests of guests in the lobby, signing in delivery services, vendors, maintenance workers, etc.
  • Ensuring the lobby is always presentable.

Client Service Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phone calls and payments in an accurate, timely, and courteous manner.
  • Meticulously document all phone calls into the client database system.
  • Provide follow-up as necessary to ensure inquiries and concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Process payments, including documentation of all payment information into our client database system with great attention to detail.
  • Manage client catalog orders and incoming auction bids.
  • Work extended hours and weekends (during auction season).

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Must have excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a positive attitude with exceptional client service skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Willingness to learn
  • Multi-lingual is a plus
