Job Description

Job Description:
The Receptionist is responsible for:
• Greeting the public and answering telephone calls.
• Assists staff and the public by answering questions, giving appropriate information.
• Routes all calls and walk-ins to appropriate personnel.
• Takes and delivers messages.
• Assisting Accounts Payable with entering invoices and matching paperwork.
• Keeps updated labor allocation sheet daily.
• Closes the reception area at the end of the day.
• Monitors the use of all office equipment and calls for repairs and order supplies as needed.
• Performs light janitorial duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and training
The Receptionist must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Requirements
• Basic Knowledge of office equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
