Ready to bring positivity to every patient interaction? 1300SMILES Gladstone is on the lookout for an energetic, warm, and approachable Receptionist to join our friendly team and be the first smile our patients see!

• Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g., EXACT or D4W) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
