1300SMILES Burnett Dental Centre is looking for a friendly and motivated Casual Receptionist to join our team in Bundaberg.

As the first person our patients meet and the first voice they hear, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and positive experience from the moment they contact us. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and being part of a supportive team.

This casual role offers flexibility across our Monday to Friday opening hours, with genuine opportunity to increase your hours and take on more responsibility as you grow within the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and getting them settled in
• Booking and managing appointments
• Answering calls and helping with patient queries
• Keeping reception running smoothly and looking tidy
• Support dental team with admin task

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Bring a friendly, welcoming manner and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Have strong communication and organisational skills, and can multitask without missing a beat
• Work well as part of a team and support your colleagues
• Be eager to learn and grow, and open to taking on new challenges
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to make a difference
• Have previous experience in reception or customer service

Experience in the dental industry is an added bonus, but not essential.
