What You’ll Do
As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors to our Skelmersdale site, delivering a professional and welcoming experience that reflects our values. Alongside front-of-house responsibilities, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
You’ll manage incoming calls, coordinate visitors and meeting rooms, handle post, and support general site administration activities, playing a key role in keeping operations organised and efficient.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual with a strong customer service mindset. You’ll be confident managing a busy reception environment, handling multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with colleagues, visitors, and external contacts.
You’ll be comfortable using IT systems, have great attention to detail, and take pride in creating a positive first impression for everyone visiting the site.
