
Job Title: Reception/Admin Assistant - Family Hubs
Salary: £26,556 - £28,764 per annum
Grade: B
Contract Type: Fixed Term 18 months
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a committed individual to join us in the East Locality Hubs as an Administrative/Reception Assistant to be first point of call for all visitors to the Family Hubs/Children’s Centre.
The post-holder will create a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere that will encourage families to use the Family Hubs/Children’s Centre and will provide information services in the 0-19 (up to 25 if SEND) wellbeing model and will undertake administrative duties as required.
The post holder may also be required to work in any locality.
