About the role

The Reception trainee will support the Front Office Team during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique hotel, check-in and check-out procedure, provide information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza island, collaborate with other depatments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.

You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests’ experience.

Program length: 4 to 6 months - Start date: April or May 2026

What you need to have

• Hospitality and Hotel Management Student (Diploma, University studies or Master).

• Fluent in English (B2+ or above) and independent level of Spanish (B2).

• User level of Microsoft Office.

• Passion for delivering great guest services.

• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.

• Good organization and planning skills.

• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
