La Petite Maison London is seeking an exceptional Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house reception team and deliver an outstanding first and last impression for our guests.

The Role
As Reception Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the reception area, ensuring seamless guest flow, flawless reservations management, and a consistently elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate the reception team to deliver refined, welcoming service
Manage reservations using 7Rooms, including VIPs and special requests
Coordinate closely with management, floor teams, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
Maintain accurate records, seating plans, and shift coverage
Uphold La Petite Maison’s brand standards and service culture at all times
About You
Previous experience in a Reception Supervisor or Senior Host/ Hostess role within a premium or fine-dining restaurant
Confident communicator with a warm, polished, and professional manner
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
Excellent command of English, additional languages are a plus
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
