About the Role

We are looking for a Reception & Social Media Assistant to join our Be’er Sheva office.

This is a diverse part time role combining responsibility for our front desk and day to day office administration with hands on support for our social media and employer branding activities.

What You’ll Do

Reception & Office Administration

• Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact at our Be’er Sheva office

• Provide ongoing administrative support for the office

• Coordinate office supplies, orders, and other day to day operational needs

Social Media & Employer Branding

• Support the ongoing management of AudioCodes’ social media channels

• Create engaging content together with our employees, including interviews, photos, and videos

• Write, edit, and publish social media posts and other content

• Assist in creating content for the company’s internal communications app

• Contribute to content planning and employee engagement activities

What We’re Looking For

• Good English communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent interpersonal and service skills

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently

• Experience with social media, content writing, or content creation

• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends

• Experience with photography and video editing is a strong advantage

• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content

Position Details

Part time position, three days a week, Monday through Wednesday.

The position is based at AudioCodes’ offices in Gav Yam Negev Park, Be’er Sheva.
