
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and highly organised Reception, Sales Support and Administration professional to join the team at Bayleys Havelock North.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day success of the office while providing administration, sales support and marketing assistance across the business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with a high-performing team, supporting the sales process, coordinating marketing, managing administration and helping ensure the office operates efficiently while delivering the exceptional service Bayleys is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Provide administration and sales support to a busy team of agents.
Coordinate property listings, marketing campaigns and sales documentation.
Maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate property information.
Support auctions, team events and day-to-day office operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships.
Ensure administration and marketing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Contribute to a professional, collaborative and high-performing office environment.
About You
Previous experience in administration, reception, sales support or a similar role.
Experience in real estate would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
