About the Role
The Reception & EA Support is the first point of contact for visitors & guests at our head office, providing day to day assistance to the Executive Assistant. The roles ensures a smooth front of house experience, managing reception, coordinating meeting rooms and office set up, supporting with travel bookings and basic finance administration tasks. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing logistics, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing support to various stakeholders. Given the Global nature of the GM and FD positions, this role will require flexibility and availability in line with any Executive Assistant Support role.

About You
You’re an organised, proactive and service‑minded professional who enjoys creating a smooth, welcoming and efficient office environment. You bring around 2 years of previous experience in an administration or office assistant role, where you’ve built strong foundations in office coordination and day‑to‑day support tasks.
