About the Role

We're looking for a Reception / Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic.

You'll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Experience

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians
  • Maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

Administration

  • Manage clinician diaries and scheduling
  • Process payments, invoices, and billing enquiries (NDIS, Medicare, private)
  • Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Assist with client communications and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose
  • General admin including data entry, inbox management, and stock

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years of previous reception, administration, or customer service experience required
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Healthcare, allied health, or NDIS experience highly regarded
