This Receptionist position is part of the People & Culture Department and will be based in our offices in Madrid.
YOUR MISSION
Reception, management of the Executive's schedule and associated administrative tasks.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Screening of phone calls
Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Restocking supplies in common office areas
Organizing and managing the executive’s agenda, keeping the calendars of a pool of managers up to date
Preparing meetings and committees
Handling phone calls (national and international) and correspondence
Organizing travel arrangements
Performing administrative tasks
Drafting letters, reports, and presentations
Filing and processing correspondence and documents
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic Background:
Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Superior) in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
Experience:
2 years in international executive departments
Language Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English (other languages such as German are a plus)
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office)
TRISON WORKING & ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS
· Permanent contract
· Flexible Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Intensive schedule on Fridays from 08:00/9:00 to 15:00/16:00.
· Intensive working hours throughout August.
