Recepcionista Bilingüe / Front Desk Specialist
Ubicación: Cancún, Quintana Roo.
Objetivo del Puesto
Ser la primera imagen de la empresa, brindando una atención al cliente de excelencia tanto presencial como telefónica. Garantizar una comunicación fluida en español e inglés con clientes internacionales, directivos y visitantes, coordinando además tareas administrativas básicas con alto nivel de organización y profesionalismo.
Responsabilidades Principales
Atención y Bienvenida: Recibir y dar atención de primer nivel a visitantes, clientes locales e internacionales y proveedores.
Gestión de Conmutador e Idiomas: Contestar, canalizar y dar seguimiento a llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos en español e inglés con fluidez.
Requisitos Obligatorios
Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 a 3 años en puestos similares
Idioma Inglés: Avanzado / C1 (Capacidad para sostener conversaciones fluidas, redactar correos profesionales y realizar traducción simultánea básica). Se evaluará en entrevista.
Manejo de Software: Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) y facilidad para manejar conmutadores y herramientas digitales de agendamiento.

Excelencia en Servicio al Cliente: Trato impecable, amable, empático y orientado a resolver necesidades.
Comunicación Asertiva: Excelente ortografía y vocabulario formal, tanto verbal como escrito (en ambos idiomas).
Organización y Multitarea: Capacidad para priorizar tareas en momentos de alto flujo de visitantes o llamadas.
Manejo de Discreción: Confidencialidad absoluta en la gestión de información ejecutiva o sensible.
