Property: Banyan Tree Phuket

Job Purpose:

Responsible for receiving the correct products and ensuring that all goods received comply with the specifications and standards stated in the Purchase Order. Responsible for accurately recording all invoices in the SCM system. Also responsible for maintaining OE records in Check SCM and conducting quarterly physical inventory counts.

Key Results Area:

1. Receive all inventory items in accordance with departmental procedure and verify that they are matched by supporting documentation.
2. Ensure that all goods received are undamaged and are in accordance with the standards specified in the Purchase Order.
3. Ensure that delivery of goods received to the correct storeroom or department in accordance with departmental procedure.
4. Ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually. –Receive in SCM system.
5. Report on the items that are not good quality or lower than standard to purchasing for acknowledge and report the rejected items.
6. Report and follow up the invoice that's wrong and wait for the revised one for completed in SCM system.
7. Be completed for all receiving items in the SCM system in time for Month End process smoothly.
8. To spot check that all scales are working property and that all goods are not left unattended.

General:

1. Observes all management directives, and Employees' Rules & Regulation.
2. Participate in overall training set forth by the management.
3. Maintains a high standard of personal Hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
