YOUR ROLE
Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the optimal operation of the Receiving, SMKT (OEM, Services), and raw material supply to our customers (Operations) areas.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the areas assigned under our responsibility (Receiving, SMKT, Services and OEM, Coil Area, Chemical Room, Box Assembly Area).
- Participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.
- Ensure that all trucks requesting entry to the plant in the Receiving area are attended to in a timely and proper manner.
- Ensure that all productive material arriving from LIDC, local suppliers, inter-plant transfers, and courier services is received in the SAP system.
- Ensure that all raw materials have a designated location and are registered in the DMTS or MTS system.
- Ensure that all expensive or theft-prone materials are secured in the controlled material cage.
- Be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to provide internal and external support regarding shortages in raw material delivery to Operations.
- Monitor metrics for the Receiving and SMKT areas: Problem Log, ASN, % accuracy of DSV material deliveries, negative inventory, FIFO, zero impact on material deliveries to Operations, etc.
- Participate in customer visits when required.
- Participate in supplier and customer meetings.
- Participate in process audits.
- Participate 100% in the annual inventory.
- Perform weekly audits of inventory in SLoc 1.
- Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Energy Management requirements, and report any situation that may be affected.
- Participate in Near Miss and Kaizen programs.
- Conduct SOT audits.
- Audit and complete LPAs according to the schedule and submit charts to Document Control before the 10th of each month.
- Maintain ethical and professional conduct in all work-related activities.
- Comply with Internal Work Regulations and plant policies.
- Meet customer requirements to ensure a 100% quality product.
- Fulfill responsibilities and duties assigned according to organizational changes and/or current company needs.

- Knowledge of SAP.
- English proficiency, written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree completed (any field).
- Applicable safety training according to training matrix “HOGP_2-6_SE_02-F01_ES”.
- Applicable training according to training matrix “ESNP_5-3_HR-REY_03-F09_ES”.
