About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receiving Officer to join the Finanace team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries to ensure quantities and quality match approved purchase orders and specifications and prepare accurate weekly reports for the respective departments and management.
Verify invoices, delivery notes, and all supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to the Purchasing Manager for resolution.
Maintain accurate receiving records, Receiving System and related documentation.
Coordinate effectively with relevant internal departments regarding delivery details and discrepancies.
Adhere strictly to hotel policies and procedures.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience within the same role.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
