Job Location: Miami Beach - Miami Beach, FL 331391ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience, providing services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area.
We are looking for a Receiving & Contractor Access Control Associate to join our team. We seek service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, are team players, highly motivated, energetic, love cars, and are interested in working full-time.
Receiving Duties:
- Coordinate and monitor all deliveries, ensuring items are received, logged, and directed to the appropriate department or storage area.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report any irregularities immediately.
- Maintain organized records of deliveries and shipments in the receiving log or system.
- Communicate with property management, vendors, and departments to schedule deliveries and ensure efficient loading dock operations.
- Ensure the receiving area remains clean, safe, and free of obstructions at all times.
Contractor Access Control Duties:
- Verify contractor credentials, work orders, and authorization before granting access to the property.
- Maintain detailed records of contractor entry and exit times, as well as their assigned work areas.
- Issue and collect temporary badges, access cards, or parking passes as required.
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with property safety and security policies.
- Report any unauthorized access, unsafe behavior, or policy violations to management or security immediately.
Parking Control Duties:
- Oversee contractor and delivery vehicle parking to ensure compliance with property regulations.
- Allocate and monitor designated parking spaces for service vehicles and contractors.
- Coordinate with valet or security teams to manage traffic flow in loading and service areas.
- Ensure emergency access routes and fire lanes remain unobstructed at all times.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff.
- Support property management in enforcing safety and operational standards.
- Assist in incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up as required.
- Uphold a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- The schedule for this position is: Monday to Friday from 8AM - 8 PM
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles (preferred).
- Ability to run and stand for extended periods.
