Job DetailsJob Location: Miami Beach - Miami Beach, FL 331391ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience, providing services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area.
We are looking for a Receiving & Contractor Access Control Associate to join our team. We seek service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, are team players, highly motivated, energetic, love cars, and are interested in working full-time.
Receiving Duties:
Coordinate and monitor all deliveries, ensuring items are received, logged, and directed to the appropriate department or storage area.
Inspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report any irregularities immediately.
Maintain organized records of deliveries and shipments in the receiving log or system.
Communicate with property management, vendors, and departments to schedule deliveries and ensure efficient loading dock operations.
Ensure the receiving area remains clean, safe, and free of obstructions at all times.
Contractor Access Control Duties:
Verify contractor credentials, work orders, and authorization before granting access to the property.
Maintain detailed records of contractor entry and exit times, as well as their assigned work areas.
Issue and collect temporary badges, access cards, or parking passes as required.
Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with property safety and security policies.
Report any unauthorized access, unsafe behavior, or policy violations to management or security immediately.
Parking Control Duties:
Oversee contractor and delivery vehicle parking to ensure compliance with property regulations.
Allocate and monitor designated parking spaces for service vehicles and contractors.
Coordinate with valet or security teams to manage traffic flow in loading and service areas.
Ensure emergency access routes and fire lanes remain unobstructed at all times.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff.
Support property management in enforcing safety and operational standards.
Assist in incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up as required.
Uphold a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- The schedule for this position is: Monday to Friday from 8AM - 8 PM
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles (preferred).
- Ability to run and stand for extended periods.
