Job Description

The Receiving & Crossdock Line Leader is responsible for leading receiving operations and owning, planning, and coordinating crossdock processes within warehouse operations. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient inbound material handling, supports operational continuity, and drives process performance and continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Senior Warehouse Leader.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily receiving and crossdock operations
• Coordinate inbound material receipt from external warehouse locations
• Plan and manage receiving and crossdock activities based on operational priorities
• Supervise the team and ensure consistent execution of daily tasks
• Monitor process performance and resolve operational issues
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support material flow and business needs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience
• Experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inbound logistics, or crossdock processes
• Experience in team leadership, people coordination, or operational supervision
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

• Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement activities
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems or ERP systems
• Lean mindset and operational excellence focus
• Proactive, structured, and problem-solving approach
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work across functions
