Lab data entry into WIN system
Filing, typing, and general clerical duties
Utilizing WIN central and plant receiving, profile access and printing
Data entry into WIN, Excel and/or Outlook for truck-to-truck materials
Organization and filing manifest paperwork, receiving documents, and truck to truck paperwork
Organization and maintenance of trailer inventories and data entry into shared files in WIN
Printing and creating inbound receiving reports and materials
Creation of shipping papers for rejected materials
Data entry of tracking info into WIN for drum and bulk tracking operations for tankers, railcars and roll offs
Any administrative duties as deemed required by supervisors
Supply management in their area of responsibility, including proper housekeeping and best management practices
Adherence to all applicable CHES policies and CHES SOPs
Maintains a safe working environment that follows all applicable OSHA regulations as well as all applicable company Health & Safety and Compliance protocol
Performs job functions in compliance with the company standard: Clean Compliance
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business
What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?
High School diploma or equivalent required
Some college preferred
6 months’ office experience required
Data Entry experience-accuracy is a must!
Manifest experience for waste is an asset
Shipping experience is preferred
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
Computer savvy
Ability to work in team environment and communicate with all levels of an organization
Follow direction yet take initiative
Be able to change direction at a moments notice then go back to prior work
Lift up to 25lbs, sit and/or stand for long periods
Must be able to work a rotational day shift to include two weekends a month
