Job Description

Responsible for the overall operation of all receiving department to ensure that all receiving procedures and policies are adhered to

Matric Grade 12

Valid Driver's License as you will be required to travel to stores

Must have working knowledge of store receiving areas and business processed

Excellent computer skills i.e. Excel and SAP

Liaise with DC, DSD and other vendors on store receiving issues:

Delivery plans/SDA changes

Returns control

Claims Management

Security/Housekeeping pertaining to store receiving areas

Manage activities in the stores Receiving areas

Queries on processes

Vendor collection/return queries

implement new processes as defined/enhancements made to the receiving process

Manpower management with divisional support structures

Have regular meetings, training sessions and workshops with store receiving teams

Escalate non conformances to Store Management/Divisional Management/Business Process Owner for resolution timeously
