The Ladies and Gentlemen in Purchasing & Receiving play an essential role in supporting the hotel's daily operations by ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient receipt of goods and supplies. As a Receiving Clerk, you will inspect deliveries, verify orders, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with vendors and hotel departments to ensure products meet The Ritz-Carlton's exacting quality standards. Through your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to operational excellence, you will help ensure our teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.

To support the culinary teams of our culinary team, Torali, and our Banquets team in the procurement of exceptional quality food products from all culinary outlets. This is a fast-paced team that takes pride in delivering service and cuisine that goes a step beyond expectation. This position is key in the delivery of that promise.
Education/Formal Training
High school diploma or vocational secretarial.
Experience
Previous sales, hospitality, and secretarial experience preferred.
