Job Description

• Receive, inspect and record shipments of raw material.
  
• Unload packages using a forklift.
  
• Inspect contents, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage.
  
• Contact supplier or shipper to reconcile identified errors.
  
• Label deliveries and allocate to designated destination.
  
• Maintain accurate records, and assist with inventory control.
  
• All other relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Receiving clerk experience working within a similar environment preferred.
  
• Experience operating forklifts, and ability to obtain certification required.

Physical Requirements

• The work environment is dictated by the weather – hot, cold, wet, dry, etc. Most deliveries will be in areas outside of the main production area, but we may need to include those areas in the event an exception has to be made with an item.

• Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
• May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
