Essential Functions:

  • Unload inboundproductfrom trailers and delivery vehicles.

  • Break down, sort and stage inbound freight according to item type,department and/or storage location.

  • Count and verify product quantities against purchase orders, packing lists and bill of lading documentation.

  • Inspect inboundproductfor damage, discrepanciesand/or quality issues and document.

  • Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive in productand update purchase orders and inventory records.

  • Safelyoperate poweredindustrial vehicles such as order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

  • Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.

  • Perform equipment and work area safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability toreadpurchase orders/shipping paperwork, count and verify product accurately

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including shipping documents and labels.

  • Basic computerskills, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)andRF scanners

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Physical ability tolift upto 50 lbs. and stand/walk for a full shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse,receiving ordistribution experience

  • Familiarity withpallet breakdown and freight sorting

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experienceoperatingin a high-volume,high outputenvironment.

  • Prior certification to operate forklifts and order pickersandthe ability to obtain certification upon hire

  • Fluent in English

Working Conditions:

  • Moderate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./27 kgs).

  • Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8–10 hours).

  • Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching.

  • Job rotation may be required.

  • Able to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $17.00-$21.50, hourly. The actual base pay offered

will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant

experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary

range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the

candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
