
The Receiving and Shipping Coordinator is a versatile, cross-functional role responsible for the accurate and timely movement of merchandise throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and store locations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and accurately document items within internal systems
Prepare and process customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with shipping carriers and couriers to manage outgoing deliveries
Handle returns, special requests, and maintain proper documentation of completed work
Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, exceptions, and errors
Collaborate with and support other departments based on business needs
Qualifications
1+ year of shipping and receiving or related experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines and fulfillment goals
Base pay, $21.00 - 22.00/hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
