We are currently looking for a Reception and Shipping Clerk to join our team in Montréal-Est

What you will be responsible for :

• Confirm customer visit schedules;
• Work closely with the logistics and transportation teams;
• Welcome customers and ensure the proper reception of materials in accordance with established procedures;
• Assist with the unloading and handling of materials using a forklift;
• Sort, inspect, and direct different types of metals to the appropriate departments;
• Weigh materials and prepare receiving and shipping documents;
• Perform data entry and any other related tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications

To join our team :

• You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in shipping and receiving or in an industrial environment;
• You are recognized for your ability to establish and manage priorities in a fast‑paced work environment, as well as for your ability to make quick decisions;
• You are able to communicate in both French and English (functional level);
• You excel in customer service and communication and demonstrate a professional attitude;
• You have a basic knowledge of computer systems and are comfortable using management software;
• You are able to operate a forklift and are comfortable performing physical tasks.
