About us

InterContinental Mzaar Lebanon Mountain Resort and Spa, a proud Great Place to Work Certified™ hotel, is looking for a Receiving Agent to join our dynamic team!

The InterContinental Mzaar is located in the heart of the Lebanese Mountains, with 140 rooms and suites along with a variety of F&B outlets and banquet facilities in Lebanon.

As a Receiving Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain by ensuring all goods are received, verified, and handled with accuracy and care.

Your day-to-day:

• Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.

• Ensure quality, quantity, and condition of all incoming goods meet required standards.

• Coordinate with Purchasing and departments for timely delivery and distribution.

• Maintain accurate records of all received items.

• Ensure proper storage and handling in line with hygiene and safety standards, report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.

• Support inventory control and stock management processes.

• Support in administrative skills, projects and data entry.

What do we need from you?

• Diploma or certification in accounting, hospitality or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or similar role.

• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Computer literacy and basic administrative skills.
