This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organised environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring all incoming parcels are received, sorted and unboxed with care, setting the stage for a seamless product journey. From scanning and photographing to reporting discrepancies and driving sustainable practices, Receivers are the first point of contact for gear entering our system. Inbound handling: Monitor daily deliveries and confirm parcels received match records
Scanning and sorting: Individually scan each courier label and organise parcels by transaction type
Unboxing Carefully open and inspect packages, photograph all items using our internal tool, and update status with barcodes and tracker inputs
Sustainability Implement eco-conscious practices by sorting and recycling packaging materials
Excellent English communication skills (B1 level or higher)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
A calm and composed attitude in fast-moving situations
Previous warehouse or technical handling experience (beneficial)
Willingness to learn and take ownership of your responsibilities
