We are urgently seeking an experienced Receipting and Banking Officer.

As a Receipting and Banking Officer, you shall ensure that daily receipts are recorded in our operating system promptly, accurately, completely and reconciled to bank statements or external notification

This is a full time onsite job with very easy access to:

  1. EDSA main road from Ayala Makati.
  2. Just next to One Ayala public transportation terminal
  3. Ayala Malls department stores, restaurants, coffee shops & Supermarkets
  4. MRT Ayala Station

What you will be doing?

  • Reconciliation of bank, records & collections to accounting ledger
  • Issuing invoices for commission and other clients
  • Prepare journal entries for uploading
  • Identify any dishonoured receipts and process in the system
  • Provide a summary of receipts
  • Perform ongoing checks for quality and accuracy
  • Assist with any queries from any internal or external sources
  • Regularly engage with business operations
  • Liaise with third parties banks for bank account and transaction related issues
  • Adhere to service levels and protocols with business operations
  • Adhere to timetable and interdependencies with business operations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and expand services to the business

What are we looking for?

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, CPA
  • Preferably 5 years & Up Experience as General Accountant including bank and other general ledger reconciliation
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask and work on strict daily deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a broader team
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and Accounting packages
  • Must have their authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and valid IDs ready before applying
  • Experience working in a Australian company is a plus but not mandatory
