As part of Medtronic’s Shared Services Center in Bogotá, the Rebate Analyst supports the US Rebates Team by helping keep customer rebate agreements accurate in our business systems, SAP (Vistex). In simple terms, this role helps make sure contract details are entered correctly, financial records are accurate, and issues are resolved quickly. You will work closely with Finance, Contracting, Legal, and Sales, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

  • Upload and update rebate agreements in SAP (Vistex)
  • Check that system information matches contract terms and business requirements
  • Review accounting documents created from rebate agreements to support accurate financial records
  • Identify issues, investigate root causes, and help resolve discrepancies
  • Work with Contracting, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to answer questions and solve problems
  • Maintain clear records and process documentation to support consistency, compliance, and audits
  • Support process improvement efforts while meeting quality and turnaround expectations

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (or 1+ with advanced degree)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data handling, large datasets)
  • Experience working with financial data, contracts or data validation processes
  • Ability to read, interpret and translate contract information into systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Desirable Criteria (if any):

  • Experience in rebates, contracts, finance operations or data management
  • Experience with SAP / Vistex or similar ERP systems
  • Experience working with high volume of data and data validation
  • Exposure to stakeholder management (Finance, Sales, Legal)
  • Experience identifying process improvements
