As a Rebar Detailer, you will play a key role in the success of our fabrication and field operations by producing high‑quality, detailed shop drawings for cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. Responsibilities

• Create accurate rebar shop drawings for cast‑in‑place concrete structures

• Use specialized software such as Bentley MicroStation and aSa Rebar

• Calculate and determine reinforcement requirements by considering construction sequence, formwork plans, and on‑site conditions.

• Follow established guidelines, standards, and procedures

• Assess all contract requirements for a project

• Balance multiple projects and deadlines

• Work closely with estimators, project managers, and field teams

• Perform additional duties as required

Technical Requirements

• Post-secondary education from a civil focused technical CAD program is considered an asset

• Comfortable learning new software and digital tools

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

• Familiarity with concrete construction practices

Business Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
