
✔ Experiencia en roles de RTA, Workforce Management, Reporting o similares
✔ Nivel intermedio o avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos)
✔ Buen nivel de inglés (B2)
✔ Fuertes habilidades analíticas
✔ Excelente comunicación
✔ Capacidad de trabajar en ambientes de ritmo rápido
✔ Atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia
⭐ Experiencia en Contact Centers o BPO
⭐ Manejo de herramientas WFM (Genesys, NICE, Aspect, Verint, etc.)
⭐ Experiencia con Power BI o reporting tools
Salario: 3.200.000 + 500k de comisiones por metricas
