We are on the lookout for an Office & Real Estate Consultant who has experienced the fast-paced nature of a dynamic role within a growing organization and the challenges that it presents. We would like this colleague to be a partner in administrative activities, in the relationship with the colleagues, the management, and the different departments. If you love learning, paying attention to details, working with diverse people, planning events, digging into data, and moving fast, this role is for you!
What you’ll be doing
• Sending documents via courier, post or email.
• Preparing documents and reports required by management.
• Providing administrative support to all departments within the company.
• Providing and managing workspaces for employees.
• Managing and supervising office set-up or renovation activities.
• Overseeing daily operations, cleaning, and maintenance of office spaces.
• Coordinating and supervising Real Estate & Workplace suppliers and service providers.
• Managing parking facilities and company car fleet.
• Supporting inventory management activities.
• Contributing to and supporting Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives.
What you'll bring along
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance & Accounting or comparable academic studies.
• Previous relevant experience is a plus.
• Ability to balance multiple and overlapping priorities.
• Self-driven and persistent.
• Exceptional organizer.
• Team player attitude with the ability to create excellent working relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Good computer knowledge skills (Microsoft Office).
• Great attention to detail.
• Driver license is required.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
