Our client is looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support their commercial real estate team with critical research and data management tasks. Conduct comprehensive research to identify and verify property owners using specialized platforms.
Perform accurate data entry of property and owner information into designated systems.
Maintain and update database records to ensure all information is current and correct.
Manage and organize research findings within spreadsheet applications.
High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Proven experience with online research and data entry tasks.
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Qualifications
Familiarity with research tools such as LexisNexis, LandVision, or similar public record databases is a significant advantage.
Prior experience or a background in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
