Who you are:
As a Real Estate Trust Account Analyst, you will support the Trust Real Estate department set up and maintain trust and fiduciary accounts. You will be responsible for performing analysis and maintenance to ensure that accounts meet compliance. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Analyze and research title issues, account information, and other property related legal documents to ensure compliance requirements are met
Support Real Estate and Administrative personnel with the management and maintenance of real estate properties held in accounts
Perform the setup, transfer, and inactivation of properties in the accounting system and maintain the asset database related to property to ensure accurate documentation
Oversee the setup and collection of fees for the management of real estate assets
Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience reviewing real estate legal documents
