You'll leverage your deep understanding of federal and state tax regulations to manage client needs, prepare complex returns, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor, managing client needs and ensuring they stay in compliance with federal and state tax regulations.

• Prepare and meticulously review federal and state tax returns, meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

• Train and mentor staff members, fostering a culture of knowledge and excellence.

• Interact directly with clients, building strong relationships and addressing their inquiries effectively.

• Confidently represent clients during interactions with the IRS or state tax authorities.

• Prepare for audits and notices, ensuring clients are well-equipped to navigate these challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant accounting or tax role, with a strong understanding of real estate taxation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; an MBA is a plus.

• CPA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations pertaining to real estate.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively manage client relationships and represent the team.
