Real Estate Strategy & Analytics AssociateThe Associate plays a critical role in supporting the creation, development, and execution of clients’ real estate portfolio strategies. This position supports efforts to design and implement tools necessary to effectively manage overall portfolio performance and activity.
Serving as a key liaison with client stakeholders, including client leaders and the portfolio management team, to ensure the successful delivery of real estate services. This role is responsible for overseeing strategy execution, conducting analyses, and collaborating with senior leadership to develop and present actionable findings and recommendations.
Working cross-functionally, the Associate partners with team members throughout the full project lifecycle—from initial ideation and strategic planning to the development and delivery of final client presentations. The role requires strong communication and advanced presentation skills, with the ability to produce and deliver high-quality materials appropriate for senior management and executive-level audiences.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
