Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sign Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely transporting, installing, and removing real estate signs at residential and commercial properties. You will also help maintain the condition and organization of the signs stored in our warehouse. This is a physically active role that requires strong time management and excellent communication with our office team and real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install real estate signs at designated property locations based on service requests from agents.
• Remove signs from properties once listings are sold or expired.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of signs, posts, and other hardware upon return to the warehouse.
• Conduct daily checks of vehicle, tools, and sign inventory before and after routes.
• Communicate with the operations team to confirm installations, resolve address discrepancies, or report property access issues.
• Utilize mobile apps or GPS tools to navigate efficiently and update job status in real-time.
• Handle signs and installation materials with care to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with homeowners, tenants, or listing agents.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (additional education preferred but not required)

Experience:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle and working independently in the field.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones or mobile apps for routing and job status updates.
• Prior experience in delivery, field service, or light construction is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily job deadlines.

Schedule:
Full-time; some weekend or evening availability may be required depending on demand.

Compensation:
$23/hr
