The Lease Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for rent payment processes and systems support. They act as a SME on Equinix's real estate portfolios and maintain communication with landlords.
Responsibilities
Payment of Rent/CAM
Responsible for the completion of the monthly rent payment process
Identifies need for lease and rent related reports, as well as other real estate related inquiries
Responsible for CAM reconciliation
Works with the Accounting team to hone processes to avoid payment errors
Drafts initial budgets in the annual budget process
Lease Management
Acts as final escalation point for the lease management system
Responsible for lease abstraction
Manages landlord correspondence and drafts leases
Data Integrity
Maintains data integrity to ensure consistency with the portfolio
Cross-functional Coordination
Is a SME on Equinix real estate portfolios and acts as a point of contact for various departments (e.g. Finance, Sales, etc.)
Manages engagement with the Legal team on various documents such as Estoppels, SNDAs and other similar transactions
Handles landlord conflict resolution on major issues, while coordinating with other departments as appropriate
Landlord Audits
Manages reporting and communication to management and Accounting on results of audits
Qualifications
3+ years experience in real estate accounting, property management or lease administration required
Bachelor's degree required
