Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the Listings and sell residential or commercial real estate

Support Agents to Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

Prepare market analysis to help determine property value in a particular area

Educate & train your team on best real estate practices & procedures Verify and disclose property facts

Seek Opportunities to Market Yourself & the Team as Community Experts

Attend Team Meetings, Team Building & Industry Events, Career

Development Opportunities, & Volunteer Activities

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in real estate or other related fields is a MUST

Familiarity with real estate contracts

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
