Job Description

Real Estate Sales Manager for high-rise towers drives revenue for luxury residential projects by developing strategic sales plans, leading sales teams, and managing client relationships to meet ambitious targets. Key duties include conducting site visits, analyzing market trends, negotiating high-value contracts, and coordinating with marketing teams to promote units, typically requiring 4-10+ years of experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies, setting monthly/quarterly targets for high-rise residential units.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead management to closing deals and contract execution.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and demand to refine pricing and strategies.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, launch campaigns, and conduct site visits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales (4-5+ years), specifically within luxury, high-rise, or large-scale residential projects.
  • Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate regulations and market trends.
  • Bachelor's Degree
