REO Property & Facility Manager

Description

Alsvit, an Hipoges company, is looking for an REO Property & Facility Manager to join our team in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Assign & Review Inspection reports of REO assets
• Evaluate Health and Safety Issues in cooperation with the client
• Handle the eviction process in cooperation with the client
• Monitor day‑to‑day facility operations
• Cooperation with Legal, Sales and Construction teams in order to monitor property performance
• Monitor invoices and cost related documents for the REO portfolio
• Conduct reports on the status of the properties

Profile

• Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role
• Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluency in English
