Diakrit & Axiom Photography are industry leaders in real estate marketing solutions in Melbourne. We specialise in real estate and architectural photography and are passionate about providing our clients with premium real estate marketing content.

We’re seeking creative, personable and passionate photographers (ideally with additional skills such as floorplanning / drone) to join our energetic and close-knit team in freelance roles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate photography along with a great understanding of the industry. Being well presented, reliable and open to learning new techniques & photography styles is a must.

The opportunity exists to work with either or both brands - in order to work with both, and maximize the amount of work we can offer you, you would need to be able to draw floor plans / or have a willingness to learn this skill with training provided.

All client bookings and liaisons are handled by our friendly Customer Solutions team, while our team of professional sales account managers take care of the client management side. All the photo editing, retouching and production of rendered floor plans is performed by our Digital Imaging team.

Leaving our Photographers to focus on what they are best at, and enjoy most - taking exceptional photos and sometimes capturing the information needed for floor plans.

We are looking for dedicated photographers, who are friendly, reliable, and ideally have real estate or related industry experience. Drone ability as well as other relevant skills like Videography are also highly regarded

• Do you enjoy flexible working hours and setting your own availability?

• Are you passionate about innovation, photography, and content creation?

• Do you take pride in your customer service skills and ability to create stunning images?

What you need to have: (please specify in application)

• Full frame camera with a min. 17mm wide angle lens
• Telephoto lens, 24-105mm or 70-200mm or similar range with aperture of F4
• Sturdy tripod with at least 180cm of extendable height
• Reasonable power Speed-light / flash gun or similar external flash - (Ideally able to be used off camera) - multiple flashes an advantage.
• Reliable car
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to acquire new skills
• Ideally a suitable Drone
