Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing a wide range of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, reviewing, and managing documents related to commercial and residential real estate, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and assisting throughout the closing process.
This is a fully onsite opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including document preparation, review, and revision
  • Draft, review, and assemble loan documents, purchase agreements, deeds, and other real estate contracts
  • Conduct title and survey reviews and coordinate resolution of title issues
  • Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with real estate closings, including coordinating with lenders, title companies, clients, and other parties
  • Manage post-closing matters, including delivery of documents, collection of required items, and confirmation of proper recording

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • 4+ years related work experience
  • Real estate and finance experience
