Real Estate Manager

Join Danish Crown and take the lead on strategic real estate and workplace projects across our global portfolio. From office transformations to footprint optimization initiatives, you will help deliver environments that drive efficiency, sustainability, and business success.

Purpose of Role

Lead delivery of real estate portfolio optimization and transformation through construction, refurbishment, relocation, consolidation, and workplace projects. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities while supporting footprint optimization, capital investment decisions, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate and workplace transformation projects across the global portfolio.
• Translate portfolio strategies into executable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules, governance, and success criteria.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, and service providers to achieve delivery objectives.
• Support capital planning and investment prioritization through business cases and cost estimates.
• Establish consistent project governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Assess and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and corporate requirements.
• Facilitate alignment across WE&RE, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and value realization against approved objectives.
• Support integration of ESG and sustainability considerations into real estate projects, investment decisions, and portfolio planning.
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery standards across geographies.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience within international corporate real estate, construction, engineering, project management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading capital projects within corporate real estate environments.
• Experience delivering office, production, distribution, workplace, or facilities-related projects.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and professional service providers.
• Experience preparing business cases, investment proposals, and governance reporting.
• Understanding ESG, sustainability, and environmental considerations within corporate real estate and workplace projects is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement across the global portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
