Blackhorne is seeking a seasoned Listing Agent to join our elite network. If you're already established, love working with sellers, and want to partner with a team that actively feeds you listings from investors and homeowners—we want to talk.
We’re not looking to train someone from scratch. We’re looking for a closer—someone who knows how to price, prep, market, and move properties while representing our brand with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Do:
Handle listing appointments generated by our sales and acquisitions teams
Guide sellers and investor clients through the listing process—from pricing strategy to negotiations and close
Coordinate with our in-house team to prep listings, photos, and marketing
List properties on the MLS and manage showing activity
Be the face of Blackhorne’s listing side with professionalism, hustle, and follow-through

What We’re Looking For:
Active Real Estate License
Ideally 2+ years of experience as a listing agent or seller’s representative (we're open if less)
Solid listing presentation and negotiation skills
Confidence in working with both traditional homeowners and investors
Professional demeanor and a commitment to follow-through
Familiarity with MLS, comps, and pricing strategy
Reliable transportation and availability to meet sellers in person
