The intern will learn to:
* Approach property owners and perform a sales pitch to potential prospects on the current projects
* Attend roadshows and travel to meet clients as required (no outstation travel)
* Brainstorm sales strategies with the team* Assist the designated Team Leader on assigned duties
* Do research on the current trend, data, demographics, and other information on the projects
* Publish property listings on different types of property posting platforms, such as Property Guru, iProperty etc
* Build and maintain the database(s) for potential acquisitions, including property and property details
* Talented, self-driven, enthusiastic individual who has good ethics and ready to explore the challenges of a fast-paced professional work environment
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to gather, interpret and effectively communicate macroeconomic, capital market and property market data.
* Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making
* Good command of spoken and written English and Malay (knowledge of conversational Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage)
* Have a valid driving licence and access to either a car or motorbike
* Internship period has to be for a minimum of 3 months

* Working hours : mostly flexible (as determined by the assigned Team Leader)
